Our team is expertly trained in the assessment of Workplace ergonomic, assessment & safety. Physiotherapy assessment for workplace ergonomics involves evaluating how an employee’s workspace and daily tasks align with their physical needs. The goal is to identify any potential risk factors that could lead to discomfort, injury, or long-term musculoskeletal problems.

During the assessment, we may review factors such as:

  • Posture: We will assess your natural posture in sitting, standing and movement.

  • Workstation setup: The ergonomics of the desk, chair, computer, keyboard, and other equipment to ensure they support the worker’s body in a neutral, comfortable position.

  • Movement patterns: Will will assess how you perform repetitive work tasks and whether adjustments can be made to reduce strain on muscles and joints.

After the assessment, we will provide recommendations for adjustments to the workstation and exercises,improve posture and reduce the risk of injury.

The aim of a workplace ergonomic assessment is to create a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for employees, ultimately improving their well-being and reducing the likelihood of workplace injuries such as strains, sprains, and repetitive stress injuries.
